BUTTERCREAM dreams by Alison

My love for baking began when I was just 12 years old. The very first thing I ever made was cream puffs, and they’ve held a special place in my heart ever since. In fact, my mom still insists that I make them every Christmas. Some traditions are simply too sweet to let go of!

As the years went by, baking became more than just something I enjoyed doing. When I had children of my own, I wanted to make their birthdays and special occasions as memorable as possible. I loved creating something special for them, putting thought and love into every detail, and making those moments feel magical.

Before long, that love for creating cakes began to grow beyond my own family. Family members started requesting cakes, then friends, and eventually I found myself creating for all kinds of celebrations and milestones. Birthdays, weddings, baby showers, and all the little moments in between.

What started as something I did out of love slowly became something much bigger. With every cake, I learned, grew, challenged myself, and discovered just how much joy I found in bringing someone else’s vision to life.

Eventually, I reached a point where I realized I had the confidence and ability to share my work with the public. That was the beginning of Buttercream Dreams by Alison.

Today, my favorite part of what I do is knowing that something I create will become part of someone’s special memories. I believe a cake should be more than just dessert. It should be personal, beautiful, and made with the same care and excitement that goes into celebrating the occasion itself.
